Smoking policy
In all EnterpriseGO vehicles, a strict no-smoking rule is enforced, which we expressly highlight both at the handover on the windshield and within the vehicles themselves.
Please note that regardless of the extent of the nicotine odor or vehicle dirtiness, the removal of any smoke traces is always associated with substantial additional effort. In case of violations against the smoking ban that necessitate a special cleaning, the renter will be subsequently charged a fee of 700 CHF plus value added tax.
We would also like to remind you that it is the renter's responsibility to draw attention to any potential defects at the time of vehicle handover. This includes, among other things, the identification of nicotine odor.
